Removing Servo Motor For Left Side Air Vent

NOTE: Voltage peaks
  • Risk of damage to load or to the control unit

→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

  1. Detach bracket -3-  for front-end electronics control unit. The control unit remains attached to the bracket.

    1. 1.1. Unscrew two fastening screws -4-  .
    2. 1.2. Lift bracket -3-  up and remove it -arrow-  .
  2. Before removing the servo motor, mark the position of the air flap on the housing.

  3. Unscrew two fastening screws -2-  on the servo motor -1-  .

  4. Remove servo motor for left side air vent -1-  (-A-  ).
  5. Release electric plug connection -a-  and disconnect it -A-  .
