Installing Service Disconnector

Prepare new service disconnector for installation.
1. 1.1. Release and pull off cover -1- on the new service disconnector -3- using a small screwdriver -2- .

2. 1.2. Secure clips -1- on the new service disconnector -2- .

3. 1.3. Release secondary lock on the new service disconnector using a small screwdriver.

Check that the pins (upper locking lugs) are aligned correctly

If the locking lugs do not lock with an audible click, bend up the locking lugs at the pin first using press-out tool
Press in pins in the following sequence until they engage securely.
1. 2.1. Red/lilac cable in pin 1
2. 2.2. Red/yellow cable in pin 2
3. 2.3. Green/black cable in pin 3
4. 2.4. Yellow/black cable in pin 4
Close secondary lock.
Fit black cap on the green connector until it engages securely on both sides.
Wrap new fabric tape around the cable.
Clip in service disconnector at the same position as before.
