Checking Compression Level

  1. Screw in adapter for the compression tester and recorder WE 1333  (-2-  ) instead of the glow plug for cylinder 1 and connect the compression tester -1-  .

    Information 

    Test conditions for compression pressure check 

    • Engine oil temperature: approx. 80 °C.
    • Battery voltage: at least 12.5 V.
  2. Get a second worker to actuate the starter until the reading on the tester shows that there is no longer any increase in pressure.
  3. Save the test value.
  4. Repeat steps  1,  2 and  3 for cylinders 2 - 6.
  5. Print test log.
