Right Timing Chain

  1. Screw/replace → Initial tightening: 80 Nm (59 ftlb.) → Final tightening: +90° 
  2. Camshaft sprocket, for outlet camshaft
  3. Screw/replace → Initial tightening: 80 Nm (59 ftlb.) → Final tightening: +90° 
  4. Camshaft controller, for intake camshaft
    • "in-take" marking

  5. Screw/replace → Initial tightening: 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) → Final tightening: +90° 
  6. Bearing pin, for drive sprocket for right timing chain
    • Asymmetrical version
  7. Drive sprocket, for right timing chain
  8. Right timing chain
    • For re-installation, mark rolling direction with paint/colormarker
    • Remove fromcamshafts
  9. Thrust washer, for drive sprocket for right timing chain
    • Asymmetrical version
  10. Chain tensioner, for right timing chain
  11. Slide
  12. Screw → Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
