Apply Sealant On Guide Frame, Position Of Dowel Sleeves

Clean sealing faces. Sealing faces must be free of oil and grease at top and bottom.

Apply beads of sealant -arrows-  to clean sealing faces of the guide frame as shown.

Groove on the sealing face must be completely filled with sealant.

Beads of sealant must project 1.5...2.0 mm over the sealing face.

Fit gaskets -1-  and -2-  .

Check that dowel sleeves -3-  ... -6-  are inserted in the guide frame at the positions shown.
