Preliminary Work

  1. Secure the vehicle to prevent it from rolling away.
  2. Move selector lever to position N.
  3. Disconnect selector lever cable at the transmission by unscrewing two screws on the support and unclip the ball joint at the reversing lever.

    → 371519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SELECTOR LEVER CABLE 

  4. Remove center air vents at the left and right.

    → 855319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CENTRE AIR VENT

  5. Remove PCM 3.1 display and operator control unit.

    → 911019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PCM 3.1 DISPLAY AND OPERATOR CONTROL UNIT

  6. Remove selector knob.

    → 370419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SELECTOR KNOB 

  7. Remove center console cover at the top and bottom.

    → 681919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CENTRE CONSOLE COVER

  8. Remove switch console.

    → REMOVING SWITCH CONSOLE - section on "Removing"
