Removing Shift-Lever Knob

  1. Put shift-lever knob in neutral position.
  2. Pull up the leather boot. To do this, release it at several places using a plastic wedge.
  3. Unlock the shift-lever knob. To do this, turn the grooved end piece on the gearshift lever anti-clockwise by a quarter of a turn until it engages.

    Information 

    • Do not pull shift-lever knob off by pulling on the leather boot  .
  4. Grasp the shift-lever knob at the top end and pull it off.
