Removing And Installing Pressure Sensor

The intake pipe pressure sensor is at a central position on the intake-air distributor and is facing the plenum panel. -4-  .

  1. Intake module
  2. Decoupling module (fastening part); observe specified tightening sequence
  3. Screw, 5 x 16 → Tightening Torque: 4 Nm (3 ft. lb.) 
  4. Pressure sensor
  5. Intake module seal; Check That Seal Is Aligned And Fitted Correctly! 
  6. Heat socket
  7. Screw, 6 x 50
  8. Electronic accelerator
  9. Seal
  10. Ball socket
  1. Remove pressure sensor.
    1. 1.1. Pull off cable plug.
    2. 1.2. Remove screw.
    3. 1.3. Remove pressure sensor by levering and turning it slightly.
  2. If the sealing ring is damaged, the sensor must be replaced.
  3. Fit the pressure sensor into the intake-air distributor by turning it slightly.
    1. 3.1. Position and fit the screw.
    2. 3.2. Connect cable plug.
