Installing Air Box For Throttle Housing

  1. Install air box for throttle housing -1-  .
    1. 1.1. Fit air box for throttle valve -1-  and turn it in the Opposite Direction  to direction of arrow.
    2. 1.2. Connect electric connector -2-  for pressure sensor.
    3. 1.3. Connect vacuum line -4-  and secure with a clamp -3-  .
    4. 1.4. Connect positive crankcase ventilation line -6-  and secure using a New  clamp -5-  .
    5. 1.5. Secure vacuum line for recirculating air valve -7-  to air box for throttle valve -1-  at the bottom.
    6. 1.6. Connect pressure hoses -9-  and secure with screw-type clamps -8-  .

      Tightening Torque for screw-type clamp -8-  :

  2. Install engine cover.
