Removing Actuator

- Screw off coolant hose brackets -arrow- and set the coolant hose aside.
- Clamp off return hose using a hose clamp 3094 -arrow-
.NOTE: Aggressive fluids
- Risk of damage to components and surfaces
→ Do not spill fluids.
→ In the event of contact, wash the component or surface with water.
→ Replace components that are already damaged.
NOTE: Incorrect handling of hydraulic system- Malfunction in hydraulic system
- Risk of damage to hydraulic system
→ Do not disconnect plug-in couplings while opening or closing the rear lid.
→ Secure the lid mechanically to prevent it from closing before disconnecting plug-in couplings.
→ Do not short-circuit plug-in couplings.
→ Do not operate the system while plug-in couplings are disconnected.
→ Do not press actuating cylinder in or pull it out manually when the hydraulic unit is removed.
→ Protect hydraulic system from contamination.
Pry out clips using a screwdriver and pull the lines -A, B- off the actuator. Close off the lines using suitable stoppers.
- Pull plug connection off the actuator.
- Unscrew screws -arrows- and remove the actuator.
