Installing A New Clutch

→ Secure components to prevent them from falling down.

Information 

Do not remove the locking hook on the new clutch set too soon. First secure the clutch pressure plate and then remove the locking hook.

Information 

When installing the clutch plate, observe the correct installation position. Please note marking -arrow inset-  on clutch plate.

Information 

  1. Position new clutch set on the engine using special tool centering mandrel 3434 -arrow-  .

    Information 

    • Replace clutch fastening screws  .
  2. Screw in new fastening screws on the clutch in the specified sequence -1 to 6-  and in several steps. Tighten each screw by half a turn at a time.

    → Secure components to prevent them from falling down.

    Information 

    Do not remove the locking hook on the new clutch set too soon. First secure the clutch pressure plate and then remove the locking hook.

  3. Unscrew locking hook using special tool 2-hole nut turner 3212  in an anti-clockwise direction -arrow-  and remove it.

  4. Remove special tool centering mandrel 3434  .
