Assembly Overview - Poly-V-Belt Drive

  1. Poly-V-Belt
  2. Screw Replace → Initial Tightening: 20 Nm (15 ft. lb.) → Final Tightening: +90° 
  3. Poly-V-Belt Pulley For Generator
  4. Joint Flange On Pulley Side

    Not Shown  - Screw → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.) 

  5. Screw → Tightening Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lb.) 
  6. Poly-V-Belt Pulley For Coolant Pump
  7. Coolant Pump
  8. Screw → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.) 
  9. Tensioning Element For Poly-V-Belt

    Not Shown  - Screw → Tightening Torque: 40 Nm (30 ft. lb.)

  1. Poly-V-Belt/Mark Rolling Direction
  2. Screw Replace → Initial Tightening: 20 Nm (15 ft. lb.) → Final Tightening: +90° 
  3. Generator
  4. Screw → Tightening Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lb.) 
  5. Cover For Deflection Roller
  6. Deflection Roller For Poly-V-Belt → Tightening Torque: 40 Nm (30 ft. lb.) 
  7. Screw → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.) 
  8. Screw → Tightening Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lb.) 
  9. Poly-V-Belt Pulley For Coolant Pump
  10. Screw → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.) 
  11. Coolant Pump
  12. Joint Flange On Pulley Side Replace 
  13. Screw
  14. Holder For Vane Type Pump
  15. Sliding Bush
  16. Screw
  17. Vane Type Pump
  18. Pulley For Vane Type Pump
  19. Screw
  20. Tensioner For Poly-V-Belt → Tightening Torque: 40 Nm (30 ft. lb.) 
  21. Holder For Air-Conditioning Compressor
  22. Screw
  23. Air-Conditioning Compressor
  24. Screw
  25. Dowel Sleeve
  26. Cover For Tensioner
  27. Vibration Damper
