Installing Radiator

Replace sealing rings, seals and O-rings.
Do not open the air conditioning system if at all possible when Removing The Radiator Module . Do not bend the lines.
Do not bend the lines when Installing The Radiator Module .

A second person is required for removing and installing the radiator.
- Carefully push in the radiator from above.
- Secure the power-steering cooler. To do this, push the power-steering cooler from left to right into the holder -1- and then clip the lines into the holder -2- .
- Clip ATF cooler -5- into the radiator bracket.
- Secure air guide → Unscrewing fastening screws . → INSTALLING CENTRE AIR GUIDE - section on "Installing"
- Slide the holders into the rubber sleeve for the radiator at the left and right sides -arrows- .
- Install both holders -arrows- at the left and right of the radiator.
- Tighten fastening screws -6- . Tightening Torque 5 Nm (3.5 ft. lb.)
- Tighten fastening screws -7 and 8 - . Tightening Torque 25 Nm (19 ft. lb.)
- Position the holder and tighten the fastening screw -5- used to secure the holder for the power-steering cooler lines.
- Fit coolant hose -2- on the radiator -3- and lock safety clip -1- .
- Fit refrigerant lines -A- on the radiator.
- Fit holder -2- with ATF lines connected -3- and tighten screw -1- .
- Secure coolant line holder -arrow - .
- Slide breather hose -2- onto the right side of the radiator and fit hose clamp.
- Push on coolant hose -1- and then slide on the safety clip for the adapter. The safety clip must lock with an audible click.
