Installing Pipes For Engine Oil Cooler

  1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
    1. 1.1. Replace O-rings.
    2. 1.2. Secure all hose connections with standard hose clamps.
    3. 1.3. Before installation, clean or smoothen the sealing face for the O-ring.
    4. 1.4. Moisten the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.
  2. Install left engine support.
  3. Install electric air-conditioning compressor. → 873419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR-CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR
  4. Fill in coolant. → 193817 DRAINING AND FILLING COOLANT (INCLUDES BLEEDING)
