Removing Coolant Pipes From Compressor

  1. Remove front engine cover.
  2. Remove front sound insulation. → 108019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ENGINE GUARD
  3. Open the cap on the coolant reservoir.
  4. Place a drip tray under the engine.
    WARNING: Hot fluid
    • Danger of scalding

    → Let the fluid cool down.

    → Wear personal protective gear.

  5. Clamp off coolant hose using Hose Clamp 3094  and remove it from the coolant pipes on the compressor by releasing the hose clips -arrows-  .

  6. Unscrew screws -1-  and -2-  and remove coolant pipes.
