Filling Device - Overview And Setup

1. -1-  - Adapter K 65 (Installed instead of the cap on the coolant reservoir.) Not shown! 
2. 2  - Hose Extension FZ 100 (Fitted between K65 and KVB 01.)
3. 3  - KVB 01 (vacuum pressure gauge with two shut-off valves)
4. V1  - Shut-Off Valve V1 (shutoff valve for the filler hose.)
5. V2  - Shut-Off Valve V2 (Shutoff valve for the filler hose - outlet to Venturi nozzle.)
6. 4  - Venturi Nozzle (A vacuum is produced in this component by means of compressed air. Pressure of between 6 and 10 bar must be present. The higher the pressure, the better the vacuum in the vehicle cooling system.)
7. 5  - Filler Hose (the cooling system is refilled via this hose.)
8. 6  - Return Lines (the compressed air and extracted coolant are drawn off via this hose.)

   4. Compressed Air Connection (Pressure Of Between 6 And 10 Bar Must Be Present. The Higher The Pressure, The Better The Vacuum In The Vehicle Cooling System.)
   5. Filling Canister With Coolant (It Is Best To Position The Canister Higher Than The Reservoir).
   6. Adapter K 65 (Fitted Instead Of The Cap On The Coolant Reservoir). General Illustration Provided Here. Use An Intermediate Cable/Extension (FZ 100).
   7. KVB 01 (vacuum Pressure Gauge With Two Shut-Off Valves V1 And V2)
9. V1  - Shut-Off Valve V1 (Shutoff Valve For The Filler Hose.)
10. V2  - Shut-Off Valve V2 (Shutoff Valve For The Filler Hose - Outlet To Venturi Nozzle.)
