Removing Front Level Sensor

- Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle .
- Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well .
- These must be carried out as a mirror image of the steps shown for the front and rear .

- In running gear with level adjustment, a level sensor is installed on each spring strut .
- The level sensor is screwed to the body and upper control arm .
- Turn the steering as far as required until you have easy access to the level sensor.
- Loosen locking pin -1- using a suitable tool -2- and remove it from the holder -3- (-A- ).
- Press holder -3- out of the upper trailing arm -4- (-B- ).
- Release electric plug connection -2- (-a- ) and pull it off -A- .
- Unscrew fastening screw -3- .
- Remove level sensor -1- and holder -4- .
