Removing Oil Cooler

  1. Disconnect coolant hoses.
    1. 1.1. Loosen the clips -1-  on the coolant hoses at the oil cooler and slide them onto the hoses -A-  .
    2. 1.2. Clamp the hoses using hose clamp 3093  or hose clamp 3094  .
    3. 1.3. Unclip the coolant hose assembly -3-  on the oil cooler from the holder -2-  (-B-  ).
    4. 1.4. Pull off hoses -C-  .

  2. Remove oil cooler.
    1. 2.1. Unscrew and remove fastening screws -1-  .
    2. 2.2. Tilt oil cooler at the top in direction of travel -A-  .
    3. 2.3. Remove oil cooler.
    4. 2.4. Soak up emerging oil with a cloth.
