Installing Oil Pump

Information

Seals must always be replaced .

Insert drive shaft for oil pump into the cylinder block.
Check that the two plastic washers are in place .

Position oil pump on cylinder block. Fastening screws -2- must then be screwed in .
Insert fastening screws -1- for oil pressure pipe with screw locking agent and tighten them. → Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
Tighten fastening screws -2- on oil pump. → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
