Removing Switch Console: Notes

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2018 Porsche Cayenne, 2017 Porsche Cayenne, 2016 Porsche Cayenne, 2015 Porsche Cayenne, and 2014 Porsche Cayenne. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Unscrew screws -2- for the switch console -1- from the center console -3- .
Unclip fixing clips -4- at the rear from the center console -3- and lift switch console -1- up as far as possible at the rear -arrow- .

Release electric plug connections -2, 3- on the switch console -a, b- and disconnect them from the climate control panel -1- (-arrows- ).

Release electric plug connections -4, 5- on the switch console -c, d- and disconnect them from the climate control panel -1- (-arrows- ).

Carefully loosen wire harness -1- at the fastening points -2- using a screwdriver. Release and disconnect plug connection -3- .

Move switch console -1- to the rear and pull it up out of the center console -2- (-arrow- ).
