Removing And Installing Hydraulic Pump: Removal

Remove both lines on the hydraulic pump (suction line, pressure pipe). Close off the open connections with stoppers -arrows- . Collect emerging hydraulic fluid in a suitable container.

Loosen the pulley slightly using two-hole nut turner 3212 .
Relieve and remove drive belt.
To do this, use an open-ended wrench to turn the belt tensioner clockwise -arrow- and remove the drive belt from the tensioning roller -8- . Then relieve the belt tensioner slowly. → 137819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE BELT

Remove belt pulley.
Remove heat shield from exhaust manifold.
Remove the hydraulic pump (front fastening screws -1- , rear fastening screw -2- ).

1. 6.1. Remove front fastening screws on the hydraulic pump (2 x) -arrows- .

2. 6.2. Remove rear fastening screw on the hydraulic pump (1 x) -arrow- .

Carefully remove the hydraulic pump.
