Replacing Hydraulic Pump For Steering

  1. Remove the pressure line at the hydraulic pump.
    NOTE: Dirt in the hydraulic system can damage the system.
    • Ensure absolute cleanliness at all times!
    • Close off the openings of hoses, lines and units using suitable stoppers.
    • Replace visibly swollen coolant hoses!
    • The reservoir must always be replaced if individual or multiple components are replaced.
    • Only use Pentosin 202 to fill the hydraulic system.
    1. 1.1. Unscrew the M8 fastening screw -5-  used to secure the pressure line to the hydraulic pump and pull off the pressure line -1-  .

  2. When pulling the pressure line -1-  off the hydraulic pump, always replace the O-ring -X-  .

  3. Fit the pressure line -1-  to the hydraulic pump and secure with the M8 fastening screw -5-  .
