Installing Hydraulic Pump For Steering

NOTE: Dirt in the hydraulic system can damage the system.

Ensure absolute cleanliness at all times!
Close off the openings of hoses, lines and units using suitable stoppers.
Replace visibly swollen coolant hoses!
The reservoir must always be replaced if individual or multiple components are replaced.
Only use Pentosin 202 to fill the hydraulic system.

Information

Observe correct tightening torques. → 4X00IN TIGHTENING TORQUES FOR STEERING

Fit suction hose -4- to the connection on the hydraulic pump and secure with the spring band clamp -3- .

Carefully position the hydraulic pump from the side and insert it into the holder.

Tighten the four M6 fastening nuts -2- used to secure the hydraulic pump to the holder.

Connect and secure the pressure line for the hydraulic pump -1- to the connection point with the pressure line for the steering gear.

Plug in the two electric connectors on the hydraulic pump.
