Installing Cover For Rear Lock Support

Check retaining clips -1- and sound absorbers -2- for damage and check that they are seated correctly in the cover for the rear lock support -3- .

Install cover for rear lock support -1- .
1. 2.1. Position cover for rear lock support -1- between the luggage compartment trim panels and carefully fold it downwards.

2. 2.2. Check sound absorbers -1- again to make sure they are seated correctly in the cover for the rear lock support -2- .
3. 2.3. Position all retaining clips -3- and guide pins -4- in the appropriate openings on the body, but do not engage them!

4. 2.4. Fold out sealing lip -1- over the entire length under the cover for the rear lock support -2- .

5. 2.5. Press cover for rear lock support -1- downwards -arrows- until the retaining clips engage securely.

Fold down loadspace floor.
Close the rear lid.
