Removing Cover Under Dashboard

Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle .
Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well .

Information

To reduce the unclipping forces and thereby the risk of damage during removal, the removal steps must be carried out at the accessible connection points using a suitable tool.

Unscrew and remove fastening screw -2- .
Pull cover under dashboard -1- out of the locks and swivel it down -A- .
Pull cover under dashboard -1- out of the guides -3- (-B- ).

Release electric plug connection for light -a- and disconnect it -A- .
