Removing Dashboard

Loosen two fastening screws -1- on the passenger airbag unit from the mounting bracket.

Release and unplug the two electric plug connections for the passenger airbag unit.

Unclip line bracket -2- from the dashboard at the left and right.

Unplug electric plug connections for the servo motors for the center air vents at the top.

Unplug electric plug connection for the temperature sensor for the outer air vents at the left and right.

Disconnect electric plug connection for the ignition starter switch. → 280419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING IGNITION STARTER SWITCH
Remove dashboard.

1. 7.1. Unscrew and remove fastening screw -3- from the top.
2. 7.2. Unscrew and remove fastening screws -4- at the sides of the dashboard.
3. 7.3. Unscrew and remove fastening screws -5- at the front of the dashboard.
Pull the dashboard -6- inwards out of the three retaining clips -7- .
