Mark seat cross member on the outside and inside of the original setup using a scriber.

Undo the fastening screws -1;2- .

Drill through the punch rivets -3- and -4- using a twist drill Nr.201 .

Heat the marked bonding surfaces of the seat cross member reinforcement.

4.1. Remove the seat cross member reinforcement -5- .

Undo the fastening screws -6- .

5.1. Drill through the punch rivets -7- using a twist drill Nr.201 .

Heat the marked bonding surfaces of the seat cross member reinforcement.

6.1. Remove the seat cross member reinforcement -8- .

Heat the marked bonding surfaces of the longitudinal member plate.

7.1. Make a small gap in area -→- .

Remove the front seat cross member -10- in the direction of the →.

Remove the rear seat cross member.

9.1. Drill through the punch rivets -11;12;13- using a twist drill Nr.201 .
