Preparing Outer Side Member (Front Section) For Installation

  1. Fit in outer side member (front section) and secure it to the body. Check gap dimensions. → 5X00IN41 GAP DIMENSIONS
    1. 1.1. Prepare marked connection areas.
    2. 1.2. Drill holes for rivets in area -A-  .

      → Diameter: 6.6 mm

    Red Plug-welding/apply a full weld using inert gas without bonding
    Yellow Bonding + riveting
    Blue Bonding
    Green Resistance spot-welding + bonding
