Preparing Outer Side Member For Installation

  1. Fit in outer side member and secure it to the body. Check gap dimensions. → 5X00IN41 GAP DIMENSIONS
    1. 1.1. Drill holes for rivets in area -A;B-  .

      → Diameter: 6.6 mm

  2. Prepare the marked connection areas for bonding and welding.

    Green Bonding + resistance spot-welding
    Yellow Bonding + riveting
    Blue Bonding
