Removing Rear Cross Member

Information 

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

1. Drill through spotwelds using a spotweld drill  .

2. Drill through spotwelds using a spotweld drill  .

3. Heat the marked bonding areas.
   1. 3.1. Remove upper part of rear cross member.

4. Remove lower part of rear cross member.

   Information 

   Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

   1. 4.1. Drill through spotwelds using a spotweld drill  .

5. Heat the marked bonding surfaces.
   1. 5.1. Remove lower part of rear cross member.
