Information 

Mark cuts X and Y  in accordance with the new part. Make sure to leave an overlap of approx. 3 cm with respect to the body.

Information 

Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.

1. Mark and make cuts. → Distance: 50 mm

3. Drill out spotwelds. Spotweld drill Nr.129 Pneumatic spotweld remover, Vario Drill WS 90 WE 1139

4. Heat the bonding surfaces.
   1. 4.1. Remove the roof pillar.
