Cavity Preservation

Information 

• In the event of repairs, standard cavity preservation must be applied to the accessories on the body according to the following illustrations.
• Do not apply cavity preservation until you have completed the required assembly work.

Information 

Cavity preservation wax is applied using a flow-coating procedure.

1. Guide the long probe through the cable duct opening -1-  and apply cavity preservation to the inside of the bulkhead -2-  and the base of the reinforcement -3-  .

2. Apply cavity preservation through the openings on the underside of the side skirt -1 and 2-  to the inside of the side skirt -3-  and bulkhead -4-  .
