Preparing Front Wheel Housing For Installation

  1. Fit front wheel housing and secure it to the body. Check gap dimensions. →  5X00IN DIAGRAM - BODY GAP DIMENSIONS 
    1. 1.1. Drill bores for the rivets through the existing holes. → Diameter: 6.5 mm 
  2. Prepare connection areas on the front wheel housing for bonding. →  5X00IN21 WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE
