Adjusting Sliding-Roof Panel

  1. Close the panel and adjust gaps at the front -1-  and rear -2-  .

  2. Adjust the height -D1-  at the front sliding-roof panel by moving the panel.

  3. Tighten fastening screw -2A-  .
  4. Adjust the height -D2-  at the rear sliding-roof panel by moving the panel.

  5. Tighten fastening screws -2B, 2C-  .
  6. Check gap dimensions and re-tighten fastening screws to the specified torque.
  7. Gap dimension - height at front (D1) Gap dimension 0 mm -0.5 mm  .
  8. Gap dimension - height at rear (D2) Gap dimension 0 mm +0.5 mm  .
  9. Front fastening screw Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ft. lbs.)  .
  10. Rear fastening screw Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ft. lbs.)  .
  11. Gap between sliding-roof panel and roof Gap dimension 0.5 mm -1 mm  .
