Removing Rearview Mirror

NOTE: Voltage peaks
  • Risk of damage to load or to the control unit

→ Switch off ignition and remove remote control before disconnecting or removing load.

  1. Release electric plug connection for rear-view mirror -arrow a-  and pull it off -arrow A-  .

  2. Tie cord -1-  onto the plug connection -2-  .

  3. Press rubber sleeve -3-  through wire harness -arrow-  .
  4. Remove rubber sleeve -arrow A-  .

  5. Unscrew rear-view mirror fastening screw -arrow B-  .
  6. Remove rear-view mirror.

    1. 6.1. Press rubber sleeve into door wire harness -arrow A-  .

      Access to facilitate guiding out the wire harness.

    2. 6.2. Lift the rear-view mirror up and off -arrow B-  .
    3. 6.3. Pull wire harness out of the door.
    4. 6.4. Detach the cord (remains in the door).
