Vacuum-filling device components
- Adapter K 65 (Fitted instead of the cap of he coolant reservoir.) Not shown!
- Hose extension FZ 100 (Fitted between K65 and KVB 01.)
- KVB 01
(Vacuum gauge with two shut-off valves.)
V1 Shut-off valve V1 (Shut-off valve for the filler hose.)
- Shut-off valve V2 (Shut-off valve for the filler hose - outlet to Venturi nozzle.)
V2-
- Venturi nozzle (A vacuum is produced in this component using compressed air. Pressure of between 6 and 10 bar must be present. The higher the pressure, the better the vacuum in the vehicle cooling system.)
- Filler hose (The cooling system is refilled via this hose.)
- Return lines (The compressed air and extracted coolant are drawn off via this hose.)

- Compressed air connection (Pressure of between 6 and 10 bar must be present. The higher the pressure, the better the vacuum in the vehicle cooling system.)
- Filling canister with coolant (It is best to position the canister higher than the reservoir).
- Adapter K 65 (Fitted instead of the cap on the coolant expansion tank.). General illustration provided here. Use an intermediate cable/extension (FZ 100).
