Installing Side Panel Bottom Section: Notes

  1. Apply adhesive.

    1. 1.1. Evenly apply adhesive to the marked areas.

      Working with body structural adhesive → 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE

  2. Fit and secure the side panel bottom section.
  3. Resistance spot-weld the side panel bottom section.

  4. Weld in side panel bottom section.
    1. 4.1. Apply a welded seam to the side panel bottom section using inert gas.

    2. 4.2. Plug-weld the side panel bottom section using inert gas.
