Subsequent Work For Removing And Installing Spreader Device (EPB)

Information 

If new brake discs and/or new brake shoes are installed on the vehicle, they must be worn in before calibration (not PCCB!). → 468350 REWORKING PARKING-BRAKE SHOES 

If a new actuator was installed, it must be confirmed in the Porsche System Tester.

1. Install brake shoes. → 468356 REPLACING BRAKE SHOES  - section on "Installing"
2. Fit the brake calliper. → INSTALLING REAR BRAKE CALLIPER - section on "Installing"
3. Fit wheel. → INSTALLING WHEEL - section on "Installing"
4. Adjust, grind down and calibrate the electric parking brake (EPB) using the Porsche System Tester. → 468316 ADJUSTING PARKING-BRAKE SHOES  → - section on "Installing"
