Removing Front Seat-Belt Buckle

→ Always replace fastening screws for belt lock after customer service and reworking.

→ It is not permissible to make alterations to the microencapsulated screws (e.g. use lubricant, loosen bolts, and screw them down again).

1. Unclip wire harness.
   1. 1.1. Unclip wire harness -arrow-  .

2. Release wire harness.
   1. 2.1. Remove tie-wrap -1-  .
   2. 2.2. Remove wire harness -2-  from the line brackets.

   Information 

   The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

3. Pull off connector.
   1. 3.1. Release locking lugs.
   2. 3.2. Pull off connector -arrow-  .

4. Disassemble connector.
   1. 4.1. Remove tie-wrap -2-  on the plug connection -1-  .
   2. 4.2. Release locking lugs -arrows a-  on the connector -1-  .
   3. 4.3. Remove connector -3-  .

5. Remove seat-belt buckle.
   1. 5.1. Unscrew fastening screw -1-  .
   2. 5.2. Pull out wire harness and remove front seat-belt buckle -2-  .
