Removing Hydraulic Pump

CAUTION: Incorrect handling of hydraulic system
  • Risk of damage to hydraulic system
  • Malfunction in hydraulic system

→ Do not bend, trap or crush hydraulic lines.

→ Protect hydraulic system from contamination.

  1. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  .

  2. Disconnect plug connection -1-  .

    1. 2.1. Release connector. -arrows A- 
    2. 2.2. Pull off connector. -arrow B- 

      Information 

      Before unscrewing the banjo bolts, lay a cloth underneath to soak up emerging hydraulic oil.

  3. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  on the line connections.

  4. Remove line connections.
  5. Remove hydraulic pump.
