Installing Oil Cooler For Gear-Wheel Oil

Information 

  1. Fit oil cooler with a new molded seal and new aluminum screws.
    1. 1.1. Position transmission oil cooler and tighten screws uniformly.
    2. 1.2. Tighten screws -1 and 2-  .

      Initial tightening 2.4 Nm (2 ftlb.)

  2. Secure cable duct for B+ line.
    1. 2.1. Position cable duct -1-  .
    2. 2.2. Fit and tighten the two screws at the right -2-  on the cable duct.

      Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

  3. Fit coolant hoses.
    1. 3.1. Connect coolant hoses -1 and 2-  and close spring band clamps -3 and 4-  .

  4. Hose clamping pliers Nr.192  can now be removed from the coolant hoses.
