WM 303019 Removing And Installing Clutch Slave Cylinder - 6-Speed Transmission: Installing

- Install clutch slave cylinder.
Information
Before installing the clutch slave cylinder, grease the push rod with Kluberalfa in the area of the release-lever ball socket. Part No. 000.043.304.02 (50g tube).
→ Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
- Install external shift mechanism.
Insert external shift mechanism and tighten nut -Arrow- .
→ Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
- Press on shift cable and connecting rods.

- Install transmission bracket with hydraulic mount.
- 4.1. Tighten screws securing transmission bracket to transmission.
- 4.1.1. Transmission bracket to Tiptronic transmission
→ Tightening torque: 65 Nm (48 ftlb.)
- 4.1.2. Transmission bracket to manual transmission
→ Tightening torque: 65 Nm (48 ftlb.)
- 4.1.1. Transmission bracket to Tiptronic transmission
- 4.2. Tighten nuts securing hydraulic mount to rear-axle carrier side section.
- Transmission support
- Hydraulic mount
- Fastening nut (never loosen)
→ Tightening torque: 33 Nm (24 ftlb.)
- 4.1. Tighten screws securing transmission bracket to transmission.
