Installing Oil Separator: Notes

Information
- Replace O-rings.
- Grease O-rings with a light coating of Kluber Syntheso Glep (Part No.: 000.043.204.68).
- Remove all stoppers from the connection points.
- 1.1. Grease new O-rings.
- Guide in oil separator -1- from inside the passenger compartment and fit it into the oil bracket.
- Fit and tighten two external Torx screws (E10, M6 x 20) -3-

- 3.1. → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)
- 3.2. Connect positive crankcase ventilation line -2- to the oil separator (locking sound).
- 3.3. Pull to check that the line is secure.
- Connect cable plug for coolant temperature sensor.
- Press flange of positive crankcase ventilation line into the bracket with new O-rings.
- 5.1. Fit and tighten external Torx screw (E10, M6 x 20) -1-

→ Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)
- 5.2. Connect positive crankcase ventilation line to the cylinder head -arrow- .
- 5.1. Fit and tighten external Torx screw (E10, M6 x 20) -1-
