Checking And Topping Up Transmission Oil - 6-Speed

Checking and topping up transmission oil 

WARNING: Hot fluid
  • Danger of scalding

→ Let the fluid cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

  1. Unscrew oil filler plug.

  2. Angled wire hook (shop made) 00000  must be inserted through the filler opening. Then check the oil level. The oil level must be 2 to 3 mm below the filler opening, otherwise oil must be added.

  3. Clean oil filler plug and screw in with a new sealing ring.
