Installing Oil/Water Heat Exchanger

Information 

Always replace gaskets and O-rings.

  1. Fit new O-rings.
  2. Fit oil/water heat exchanger.
    1. 2.1. Carefully position the oil/water heat exchanger on the oil cooler bracket.
    2. 2.2. Fit and tighten six internal Torx screws (T30, M6 x 35) -1-  and -1-  uniformly.
      Location Description Type Basic value Tolerance 1 Tolerance 2
      Oil/water heat exchanger to crankcase Internal Torx screws (T30), M6 x 35 Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)

  3. Fit coolant and hydraulic hoses.
    1. 3.1. Position and secure spring band clamps -1-  .
    2. 3.2. Remove hose clamps.

  4. Remove cloths.
