Installing Positive Crankcase Ventilation Line

Information 

• Replace O-rings  .
• Grease O-rings with a light coating of Kluber Syntheso Glep (Part No.: 000.043.204.68)  .

1. Replace O-rings on the crankcase vent line and grease lightly.
2. Position crankcase vent line -1-  in the engine compartment.
3. Connect crankcase vent line -1-  to cylinder head 1-3 until the lock -2-  engages securely.

4. Push crankcase vent line -1-  onto the oil filler pipe until the lock -arrows  engages securely.

5. Secure crankcase vent line -1-  .

   1. 5.1. Connect crankcase vent line -1-  to the cylinder head until the lock -arrow-  engages securely.
   2. 5.2. Insert crankcase vent line -1-  into the oil cooler bracket.
   3. 5.3. Fit fastening screw -2-  and tighten to Tightening Torque 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lbs.)  .
