Removing Upper Part Of Lock

- Pull off the cover -1-
at the Velcro fasteners -2-
and -3-

).

- Carefully detach foam part of backrest -1-
at the bonding points -2-
, starting at the bottom and remove it -arrows-
.

- Release the backrest and fold it forward until there is no contact with the lower part of the lock.
- Disengage the bowden cable at the upper part of the lock
- 4.1. Unclip bowden cable -1-
from the locking clip -2-
and swivel it 90° -arrow A-
.
- 4.2. Remove bowden cable -1-
from the actuating lever -3-
(-arrow B-
).

- Remove upper part of lock.
- 5.1. Disengage the tension spring -1-
at the upper part of the lock -2-
(-arrow A-
).
- 5.2. Unscrew and remove fastening nuts -3-

- 5.3. Remove upper part of lock -2-
