Installing Headliner

Information 

Make sure that the roof cover does not buckle.

1. Fit the headliner.
   1. 1.1. Two people are needed in order to fit the headliner.
      1. 1.1.1. Position of first person: Driver's door
      2. 1.1.2. Position of second person: Passenger's door
   2. 1.2. Guide the headliner through the door aperture and side window aperture into the passenger compartment.
   3. 1.3. Two people must now lift up the headliner, position it and clip it into the adjusting elements at the rear.

   4. 1.4. Check that the headliner is seated correctly at the front.
2. Screw in fastening screws close to the roof console -arrows-  .

3. Install sun visor holder.

   1. 3.1. Position sun visor holder -arrow-  .
   2. 3.2. Screw in fastening screw → Tightening torque: 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.)  until secure.
   3. 3.3. Close the cover until it engages securely -arrow-  .

4. Fit rubber door seal -1-  on the body flange close to the headliner -arrows-  .

5. Move driver's and passenger's seat backrest back to its original position.
