1. Drill a hole. > Diameter 4 mm

2. Remove dirt and primer on both sides using an end brush > 9399/3 - end brush Refer to: TOOLS  .

3. Drill out the bore. > Diameter 8 mm

4. De-burr the bore on both sides.
5. Fit countersunk screw through the bore and secure it with a hexagon nut. > COUNTERSUN K SCREW 999.073.549.01  > HEXAGON NUT 900.377.003.01 Refer to:  PARTS  . 
6. Tighten threaded joint to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 15 Nm (11 lb.ft) 
7. Seal threaded joint
