Processing Conditions

During processing, the ambient and material temperature must be at least > Minimum temperature 15°C  and must not exceed a maximum temperature of > Maximum temperature 28°C 

Higher processing temperatures reduce processing time. Processing can be interrupted briefly for up to 5 minutes.

> Processing time at 15°C 20 min 

> Processing time at 28°C 15 min 

The chemical reaction is essentially complete after approx. 30 minutes. The hardened foam does not swell or shrink.
